About

Youth Artivists Hawaiʻi (YAH) is a groundbreaking educational initiative founded in 2022 that combines culturally revelvent curriculum and STEAM education to encourage Hawaiʻi's youth to actively participate in environmental conservation. This vision was birthed from a collaborative effort between three organizations in East Hawaiʻi, acknowledging the pressing need for youth engagement in creative, solutions-focused dialogue about the state of our planet.

Mission

We believe that young artivists have the power to transform a community. By installing these public art works in Hawaiʻi, we can touch the lives of hundreds of community members, inspiring them through student-created art. This inspiration leaves a lasting impression that is profoundly impactful.
